This Website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate communication between you and Integrity Garage Doors & Gates regarding our garage door and gate services. You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon, restrict, or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Website by any third party.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee that the Website will be available at all times or that it will be free of errors or interruptions.

2. Service Estimates and Pricing

Integrity Garage Doors & Gates provides free estimates for garage door and gate services. All estimates are provided in good faith based on our initial assessment of the work required. However, estimates are not binding and do not constitute a fixed-price contract.

The final price for any service may vary from the original estimate based on factors including but not limited to:

  • Additional damage or issues discovered during the course of the work
  • Changes in the scope of work requested by the customer
  • Parts availability or substitutions required
  • Access difficulties or site conditions not visible during the initial assessment

If the final cost is expected to differ materially from the original estimate, we will inform you before proceeding with the additional work. You will have the opportunity to approve or decline any changes before additional charges are incurred.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Consent to Receive Text Messages

By providing your phone number to Integrity Garage Doors & Gates — whether during a phone call to our business, through an online form submission, or any other communication — you expressly consent to receive service-related text messages (SMS/MMS) from us at the phone number you provided. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us. You are not required to consent to receive text messages in order to receive service from Integrity Garage Doors & Gates.

Types of Messages: The text messages you may receive include, but are not limited to:

  • Appointment confirmations and scheduling reminders
  • Technician arrival notifications and estimated time of arrival
  • Service status updates while work is in progress
  • Estimate and invoice delivery
  • Post-service follow-ups regarding completed work

Message Frequency: You can expect to receive approximately 1–3 text messages per service request. Message frequency varies based on your service interactions and is limited to communications directly related to work you have requested or inquired about. We will not use your phone number to send marketing, promotional, or advertising text messages without your separate, explicit written consent.

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and wireless plan. Integrity Garage Doors & Gates does not charge any fees for sending or receiving text messages, but your carrier's standard messaging and data rates will apply.

Opt-Out (STOP): You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from Integrity Garage Doors & Gates. Opting out of SMS will not affect service-related communications sent via other channels (phone calls, email).

Help (HELP): For assistance with our text messaging program, reply HELP to any message you receive from us. You may also contact us directly at (888) 485-6995 or help@integritygd.com.

Re-subscribe: If you have opted out and wish to receive text messages again, you may text START to our number or contact us directly to re-enroll.

Supported Carriers: Our SMS program is supported by all major US wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, MetroPCS, Boost Mobile, and Virgin Mobile. Supported carriers are subject to change.

Carrier Disclaimer: Integrity Garage Doors & Gates and mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to network issues, device incompatibility, or other conditions outside of our control. Carriers are not liable for the content of any messages sent through this program.

Privacy: Your phone number and personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Information collected through our SMS program is used solely to provide the services you have requested and to communicate with you about those services.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept the following forms of payment: cash, check, and major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).

For larger projects such as full garage door or gate installations, a deposit may be required before work begins. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be communicated to you before any work is started.

If payment is not received by the agreed-upon date, we reserve the right to charge interest on the outstanding balance at the maximum rate permitted under California law, and to pursue collection through appropriate legal means. You agree to pay any reasonable collection costs and attorney fees incurred by us in collecting overdue amounts.

5. Warranty

Integrity Garage Doors & Gates provides warranty coverage on both parts and labor for the services we perform. Specific warranty terms, including duration and coverage details, are provided with each service estimate and may vary depending on the type of work performed and the parts installed.

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions. The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or acts of nature
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Modifications or repairs performed by anyone other than Integrity Garage Doors & Gates
  • Failure to follow maintenance recommendations provided by our technicians
  • Pre-existing conditions not related to the work we performed

To make a warranty claim, contact us at (888) 485-6995 or help@integritygd.com with a description of the issue. We will schedule a follow-up visit to assess and address the problem at no additional cost if the issue falls within the scope of our warranty.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Integrity Garage Doors & Gates, its owner, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our Website or services, regardless of whether such damages are based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

This limitation of liability does not apply to damages caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct, or to any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable California law.
